Wild Edibles

Salmon berry season is here!  These down on the beach fringe where Flossy and I sometimes walk after work.  They taste best right off the bush, not much good for jam or other cooking.

Tourist Season is almost here and Petersburg will turn into a theme park two days a week when the tour boats come in.  This week I designed and painted a new sandwich board sign for luring potential clients up to my studio.  The matt surface in the lower center is chalkboard paint which will enable me to welcome specific ships, post messages, quotes, etc.
