Natures colours are always amazing and worth capturing in photos!
That reminds me of an old tale about a king (can't remember who) capturing a bird (can't remember which type) and putting it in a cage. Once the bird was in the cage it stopped singing and its feathers began to moult until the poor bird died. Too bad he didn't just take a picture!
Wow, Sus: COLOURS ! Store them in your heart, brain, dreams, works (whatever) so you have enough for snowy times ! Hope the snow will be a bit slow ... (I think that was the tale of the old Cinese Emperor ...?)
Quite a spectacle! All our beautiful low-to-the-earth leaves are now buried in two feet of snow. An "arrested" fall so to speak, these colors make me long for our autumn to return.
