so great, in fact, that I decided I wanted to do nothing but paint - FOREVER!
And I had these canvases all stretched from last summer so I made a switcheroo and spent the rest of the day in color paradise, pushing acrylic paint around.
I haven't painted on canvas for years. Why not? So many interests, so little time!
Before I left to go home for the day, I started two more. Can't wait to get back in the morning!
now that's what I call going with the flow :)
ReplyDeleteHi Susan,
ReplyDeleteI really like the colors and shapes/patterns on these.
Hope you have a great New Year!
They're all beautiful! Have a wonderful weekend. Hugs.
ReplyDeletePainting is fun. I agree it's easier to focus because it sucks you in!
ReplyDeleteHey Sus, you're starting this year alright !!! Painting on Tyvek is great! Then stitching, ironing or playing with a heat gun .....

It's addictive Sus! Just warning you, girl with so many talents!
ReplyDeleteHow wonderful to get so lost in color.
ReplyDeleteI can see why you were seduced by the paint- these pieces are lush and full of the joys of color! I too recently re-discovered painting; so little time, indeed!
ReplyDeleteI just stumbled on this post, but love the paintings! I sympathize with the "too many interests" lament. The days just need to be longer!!!
