Starting - continuing - to say farewell to old friends now; making eye contact, for sure.

The drawing challenge from friend Renilde this time, on the theme 'eye contact'. Have a look at Renilde's excellent Stroke of the Brush place for more takes on the subject.

ReplyDeletewishing you a fine new place in every way dear Sus
thanks for taking time to play along, xx
Much of a story within this drawing...whole life is a process of moving on, but luckily "out of sight, out of mind" isn't valid for deep true friendships...it's much easier nowadays to stay in contact without having much real eye contact, the contact of hearts is much more important, I would say...
ReplyDeleteall the best!
Wonderful drawing that says so much. Love and hugs!
ReplyDeleteI imagine these eye contacts are filled with tears but all are wishing you the best, Sus! xo Carole
ReplyDeleteLove it!
ReplyDeleteOh Sus this is an intense picture! Eye contact indeed!!
ReplyDeleteI like what Tania said that contact of the heart is more important- definitely words to hang onto these days-
Awesome illustration. I think you really nailed the 'eye contact' theme because when I look at this picture I feel like she is looking at me looking at her.
ReplyDeleteYes, you have definitely nailed the theme 'eye contact'; the woman in the drawing kind of looks like she's giving us the 'evil eye'. Great job!
ReplyDeleteinteresting and fun!
