You've bought some great stuff ! Gouache has such vibrant colours ! Always think of trying that too when I've been over at Eva's blog !

Guoache is such a funny word. I can never spell it without looking it up and seem to mispronounce more often than not! BUT you my dear, make it look thick and rich and bright!

lovely shapes and colours
Gouache is so different. I have some but have never been able to 'crack' it. I think it is the matt effect that I struggle with. Also that I am trying to use them as watercolours.
ReplyDeleteYour work is inspiring me though. I wonder if there is some way I could use them to 'colour in' my pen drawing.
some wonderful spring flowers and color here, Gouache is something that I would like to try at some stage. Looks so interesting.
