ooooh I never heard that quote about the devil moon! That's interesting and I like it very much! and still she looks friendly....
ReplyDeletethe moon and love songs, they belong together, your old devil moon pictures the strangeness of falling in love to me, a bit of danger but so attractive,
ReplyDeletethe blue moon , very reflecting,
both beautiful moons Sus, x
I didn't know that quote either and I didn't expect the moon to be evil. Did you know that in some languages the moon is female?
ReplyDeleteNice drawing, also the one of your last post ;)

how evocative the blue moon is and the color makes me think of china-how lovely would that be on a plate...or a whole set ;)
ReplyDeleteSus, I hope moon remembers! It's a comforting thought.

i find a moon remembering her former phases so amiable! like the memory of water, of which i recently heard a thing that stunned me, although i'm not sure whether it was true, because this happened in a detective story and i dunno to what extent they are telling truths there... ;)))
ReplyDeletebut this, your moon is contemplative, and that makes it so humble, humble. i love the monochromatic blues too. beautiful!
