Ariane's challenge to create a mood board for the Drawing Challenge this week lead me on an interesting research project. Google-ing turned up an article with tricks and tips for creating mood boards. I learned about 'Mat Board', an alternative to 'Pinterest', and signed up.  |

I decided to make a board to help clarify my vision for an upcoming public art proposal I'm working on.

Positive and colourful moodboard, bright and happy (look at that dog, haha!). And so close and related to your latest artworks, which are absolutely beautiful! I'll go and find out about Mat Board now... ;o)
ReplyDeleteIn the center is none other than Flossy? Donning a mermaid costume? Priceless. Yes, this board is colourful and fun I would describe it. The proposal that you are putting together sounds like an art project all on its own, or in its' own right as the saying goes. I can imagine that it will be wonderful indeed.

Flossie makes such a wonderful mermaid, in hand-dyed fish scales, I presume. Lots of great inspiration and color here. Nadja's View and Reflection are especially lovely. Can't wait to hear of your project.
